眼前，79歲的老儀表人田阜林，從事生產(chǎn)一線(xiàn)50多年，從他手中加工出來(lái)的產(chǎn)品，多次獲得過(guò)國家級的獎項，雖然已經(jīng)退休，但他還被返聘到生產(chǎn)一線(xiàn)，繼續“傳幫帶”，把這種“工匠人”應有的精神傳承下去。
